The applications are now open for the Finnish round of New Nordics Pitch Competition 2024. Organized once again by the Tampere-based Platform6 startup house, the competition welcomes all growth companies with the Finnish business ID that are currently fundraising and want to enter the US market. While this year there is no specific industry focus, startups should have a disruptive potential and solve a real problem. This Finland Final marks the beginning of a remarkable journey towards the highly-coveted Grand Final, where only the best of the best from the Regional Finals will have the privilege to compete for the prestigious title of New Nordics Grand Champion.
All the applications will be reviewed by a startup screening group represented by angel investors and VCs active in the New Nordics. 8 startups will be selected to compete as part of the New Nordics Pitch Competition Finland 2024 during Stream Connect on October 23rd at Platform6. Mark your calendars for the Finland Final on October 23. The winner will also get one ticket for the Slush conference!
Application for the competition opens September 11 and deadline will be September 29 at at 24:00 GMT.
